Gôl! members enjoy a hearty breakfast at Gyermekotthon Orphanage

During Wales' visit to Budapest for the friendly international with Hungary in March, 20 Wales fans and two FAW councillors, Iwan Jones and Phil Jones, enjoyed a hearty breakfast at Gyermekotthon Orphanage on the morning of the match.

The orphanage houses 126 children and Gôl made a donation of £500 to Julia Blumenfeld of the charitable organisation FICE so that the children will be able to go on a summer camp and thanks to the generosity of Dave Foster of Amsterdam, Gôl! were able to present 40 tickets for the match to the orphanage so that some of the kids could go along and watch their heroes in action.

Amongst the other gifts donated were a classic 'Bobby Gould Must Go' t-shirt, football jerseys donated by Whitchurch Youth Club and various toys and sweets donated by X:S Wholesale of Leckwith, Cardiff and Penny Pinchers of Cardigan as well as pyjamas from Ackroyds of Bala.

Special thanks to Zsuzsanna Eros for helping co-ordinate the visit.
